The use of this website and any purchase made herein constitute full agreement to the terms detailed below.
Purchase and Payment
All prices include VAT as required by law, unless otherwise stated.
Full payment is required in advance via credit card, Bit, or secured digital payment methods.
Payment details are processed through secured systems only and are never shared with third parties.
Shipping and Delivery
Pre-Order items will be delivered within approximately 35 business days from the date of purchase.
Processing and preparation time for ready-to-ship inventory ranges between 3–7 business days, except during periods of exceptional demand.
Deliveries are carried out by third-party shipping companies. Responsibility for the product transfers to the shipping company upon collection from our studio.
Delays beyond our control (including strikes, weather conditions, customs delays, etc.) do not constitute grounds for cancellation.
Upon delivery to the customer, full responsibility for the product transfers to the recipient. The studio is not liable for loss, theft, or damage occurring after delivery.
Shipping fees are non-refundable, including in cases of mind-change or external delays.
Cancellations, Returns and Refunds
In accordance with Section 14C(d) of the Consumer Protection Law (1981), products manufactured specifically for the consumer—including custom orders, bespoke measurements, specific fabric selections, or any tailored adjustments—are non-cancellable and non-refundable.
As all items on this website are made-to-order (Pre-Sale and/or Bespoke):
Orders cannot be canceled once confirmed.
Returns and exchanges are not accepted, and refunds will not be issued for any reason.
By placing an order, the customer acknowledges that the item is being crafted specifically for them and waives the right to cancel or return the product.
In exceptional cases of a proven manufacturing defect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographic evidence.
Following an internal review, the studio may offer, at its sole discretion:

Rentals (Where Applicable)
Garments must be returned within 48 hours of the rental period, professionally dry-cleaned at the customer’s expense, unless otherwise agreed.
Any damage to the garment will result in a charge for its full retail value as listed on the website.
While no deposit is required, the customer assumes full responsibility for the garment’s condition.
Product Liability and Care
Each piece is handcrafted. Minor variations in shade, texture, or dimensions are not considered defects but rather a testament to the unique nature of the product.
The studio is not liable for damage resulting from improper use or care.
Care Instructions: Gentle hand wash in cold water (30°C). Do not wring. Do not tumble dry. Iron at low heat (up to 110°C).
Intellectual Property
All images, texts, sketches, and designs on this website are the exclusive property of Aya Pelter. Any copying, reproduction, or unauthorized use is strictly prohibited without prior written consent.
Privacy Data Security
Personal information is used solely for order processing and customer service. Your data is never sold or transferred to third parties, except as required by law.
Policy Updates
We reserve the right to update these terms periodically. Continued use of the site constitutes agreement to the most recent version of these terms.
